I had KC HiLites Dual Flex lights on my 4Runner and they came with a bracket. Unfortunately they crapped out and were discontinued. So I tried to recreate the same look, I got 4 Flex Era 1s and then made a pair for each side.

I tried a custom bracket and a mass produced bracket before this one and they just didn't work out. This bracket works great. It takes into account the 4Runner's hood lines and quarter panel lines. It clears them both while still maintaining a low profile look. The spacing between lights is good for airflow since the casing of the lights are the heatsink. The spacing is also good to allow the Flex Era 1 lens covers to easily pop on off. The light mounting was simple and still allows for easy adjusting of the lights so that the beam can go exactly where you want it.

I recently purchased the aluminum Badlands jack mount from BleuHorse Welding (Camdon Wishnia), and I’m thoroughly impressed with the design and engineering of the product. What stands out most is the thoughtful geometry—it's clear that the mount is designed to handle the dynamic stresses of trail driving, including unusual angles and constant vibration from rough terrain. I’m eager to test it further under real-world off-road conditions, but based on initial inspection and fitment, it’s clear this is a durable, purpose-built solution.
